You Give, YOU Get!

1.1. The referral program is open to all registered users of the Habitual Growth App.
1.2. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
1.3. Referrers may not refer themselves or create multiple accounts to benefit from the referral program.

2.1. Each participant is provided with a unique referral code or referral link.
2.2. To refer a friend, the referrer must share their referral code/link with the referred individual.
2.3. The referred individual must use the referral code/link when they sign up for the Habitual Growth App to be eligible for the referral rewards.

3.1. The referrer will receive [insert reward] once the referred person successfully registers and completes their first action (such as completing a profile, subscribing to a paid tier, etc.).
3.2. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for cash.
3.3. Habitual Growth reserves the right to modify or cancel rewards at any time, for any reason.

4.1. The referred person must be a new user who has never previously registered for the Habitual Growth App.
4.2. The referred person must sign up using the referrer’s unique referral code/link for the referral to be valid.

5.1. Any abuse, manipulation, or violation of the referral program rules may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any earned rewards.
5.2. Habitual Growth reserves the right to investigate any referral activity that appears suspicious or fraudulent.
5.3. Users found creating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activities will be disqualified.

6.1. The referral program is ongoing but may be terminated or modified at Habitual Growth’s discretion at any time.
6.2. Habitual Growth reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. It is the participant’s responsibility to review the terms regularly.

7.1. Habitual Growth will not be held responsible for any errors or technical malfunctions related to the referral program.
7.2. Habitual Growth is not liable for any consequences resulting from the termination or modification of the referral program or rewards.

8.1. By participating in the referral program, you agree that Habitual Growth may collect, use, and store your personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
8.2. Habitual Growth will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

9.1. Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
9.2. Any disputes arising from the referral program will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado and Denver County, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
