How does the Holiday Challenge work?

1. Download the Habitual Growth mobile application (30 days free!).

2. Set 2+ goals for the holiday season which help you achieve a happier, healthier and/or more fulfilled state (think more consistent gratitude practice, drinking the required amount of water 90% of the days, etc…).

3. Create or join a Group in the Habitual Growth app of family, friends and/or individuals who have also joined the Holiday Challenge. You can extend invites via text, social media or through email!)

4. Add the following five (5) items to your Essential Actions list each day starting November 8, 2023.

> 30+ minutes of physical activity

> Drink 60+ oz water

> Practice 5 minutes of gratitude (journal, prayer, meditation)

> Complete 1 random act of kindness

> Hit protein goal (1g of protein per pound of ideal body weight)

5. Start executing on those Essential Actions, Conquering the day and tracking progress! Don’t forget to share your journey on social media and tag Habitual Growth!
